2. We reply within 24 hours.
3. Free virtual inspection. We look at your project remotely, so you do not need to be in the Netherlands.
4. Contractor visit. A suitable contractor visits the property.
5. You get quotes. Usually several, so you can compare. How many depends on the job, the location, your start date and which contractors are available. You decide whether to accept.
What it costs
You pay ERC a fee only if you accept one of the quotes from the contractors we send. If you do not accept a quote, you pay us nothing. The cost of the renovation is set in each contractor's quote.
