Service Description
Your personal renovation consultant to help your through the initial stages. - The consultant will come out to site and talk with you about your needs and wishes with the project - We will then leave and make a plan and find the right trades people to conduct the work - We will then contact our network and see who fits the time frame, budget (without them knowing) and who can complete your renovation - We help with communication between the contractor and yourself - The contractor will come out to site and double check a few things before sending the final quote - Once the quote is through we can talk about it and ill give my expert opinion to make sure its fair for both! -Upon acceptance of the quote the consultant moves to one side and lets you and the contractor have free flowing communication about the job. - You only pay when the quote has been accepted.
